CANCELLATION POLICY
Rooms are non refundable. No refund is made when you book non refundable bookings.NO SHOW – In case of no-show, 100% of your stay will be charged and is non refundable. Payment and Terms – Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in. If the room is not paid for in full, guests will not be allowed to stay. Check-in/Check-out – CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM
Late Check-Out is 300,000 rp per hour past 11 AM. Late check out can be no later than 2:00 PM. Otherwise, we will charge a one day full room non refundable rate.
You must return the room key at the time of your departure and/or agree to pay a 350,000 rp charge for replacement of keys if you lose or fail to return the room key. CHECK-IN: 2:00 pm. However if the room is ready before 2:00 pm, you are more than welcome for a free early check in. This is determined by the housekeeping team on the day of your arrival.*You will be required to present your passport or ID card during check-in to validate the booking. *The credit card used for the transaction must be brought and presented upon arrival at the hotel. *There are no extra adults per room. Charges will apply if you are found to be hosting more than the maximum head count per room.
